How to delete your account and personal data
Delete Your Account
You can request full deletion of your Hegemony Wars account and all associated personal data at any time. This removes your email address, name, login credentials, and reading history from our systems within 30 days.
To request deletion, email us at:
Please include the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
If You Signed In With Facebook
If you used Facebook Login to create your account, you can also revoke our app's access directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook App Settings.
- Find The Hegemony Wars in the list.
- Click Remove.
Revoking Facebook access removes Facebook's ability to share data with us going forward, but does not delete data already stored in your Hegemony Wars account. To delete that data, use the email request above.
What Gets Deleted
- Email address and name
- Account credentials and social login links
- Reading history and progress data
- Marketing consent preferences
Purchase records are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax law, but are anonymised — your name and email are removed and the record is kept only for financial compliance purposes.
